Nia, a second-generation Greek American from Chicago, inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from her grandparents, who pursued the American Dream as business owners of a produce grocery store and a fast-food Greek restaurant. These values of commitment, determination, and grit have been ingrained in Nia since childhood. She owns a corporate training small business, designing and developing online and in-person training for international development and non-profit organizations. Her experiences living and working in Latin America, America, and Afghanistan have shaped her worldview and ignited a passion for making a difference and forging lasting relationships. Nia began her real estate career in 2021 as a Limited Partner in a Multifamily Syndication, a short-term/mid-term rental landlord, and now as a private lender.
Luis, originally from the Dominican Republic, immigrated to the Bronx as a child. From the age of 8, he aspired to be a Marine, and by 12, he dreamed of becoming a business owner. After over 20 years of service, Luis retired from the Marine Corps Reserves on December 1, 2023. Since 2009, he has held various roles in the real estate industry, including wholesaler, landlord, real estate agent, and now, private lender. Luis lives by the U.S. Marine Corps motto "Semper Fidelis" (always faithful), demonstrating loyalty, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to partners and clients.
Nia and Luis Martinez reside in Northern Virginia, keeping active with their two sons, Marco (6) and Antonio (3), and their Labrador puppy, Pumpkin.
Both Nia and Luis view real estate as a path to financial freedom. As they pursue this goal, they remain steadfast in their commitment, grit, and loyalty, dedicated to helping their investors, clients, and partners achieve financial independence and beyond.
